Can the handle be used to carry the appliance?

The mixing bowl's handle is strong enough to pull it out of the box. However, it is not recommended to carry the appliance by its handle. Instead, the main unit should be held and carried using both hands. The appliance also has side handles that are made to be used when the mixing bowl is too heavy to carry with one hand. We encorage you to never touch the stainless steel surface of the mixing bowl when the contents inside are hot as it may result in a burn injury.
