Why doesn’t Multo® use steam pressure, like a pressure cooker?
Non-pressurized steam cooking is more effective in preserving natural food compounds (e.g., minerals, vitamins, flavors, and colors) than pan-cooking. Thus, cooking vegetables through this method will not only retain its nutrients but also its natural taste, making the addition of fats and salts unnecessary.
Due to the stacked design of Multo®, you can cook different foods simultaneously. For example, in the bowl, you can make a sauce while also cooking rice/ potatoes in the simmering basket, meat/fish and vegetables in the two-level steamer, all at the same time. This allows you to cook a meal in one go, simplifying prepping, cooking and cleaning.
