How can I use the reverse blade rotation on Multo®?

When in Manual mode, blade rotation can be interchanged between clockwise and counter-clockwise by tapping on the rotation setting.
Counter-clockwise rotation is used for gentle stirring of the ingredients with a blunt side of the blade. Keep in mind, the speed setting will be limited to Speed 3 once counter-clockwise rotation is set.
