What does the after-sale service cover?
With respect to any defects in materials or workmanship of the Covered Products during the Warranty Period (subject to Exclusions), We will, in our sole discretion, either:
(a) repair the Covered Product with new, reconditioned, or refurbished parts;
(b) replace the Covered Product with a new, reconditioned, or refurbished part; or
(c) provide a full refund of your purchase price upon return and receipt of your Multo®,
if Smart Product Concepts Ltd. is unable to repair or replace the Covered Product. We undertake to repair or replace your product at no charge if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period.
