What if the problem is not covered or out-of-warranty scope?
If after we inspect a Covered Product or Covered Accessory presented for service we determine in our sole discretion that the problem or damage is not covered by this Warranty (or is subject to the Exclusions), you will have the option to, either:(a) have us service the Covered Product and/or Covered Accessory at the then current Multo® Repair Service Fee, at your sole expense; or(b) have the Covered Product and/or Covered Accessory returned to you, at your sole expense
