Manual Mode Guide
In Cooking Modes, you'll find that Multo® has a few preset modes for Sauté, Steam, Weigh/Scale, Knead, Keep Warm, and Manual.
Manual mode allows you to control all 4 factors-- speed, time, temperature, and blade rotation -- unlocking many more cooking functions such as chop, whisk, grind, grate, mix, slow cook, sous-vide, boil, emulsify, stir and more. (Please see this article on how we distinguish between Cooking Modes and Cooking Functions.)
Below is a quick reference, sorted by ingredients to show recommendations for the functions of chop, purée, sauté, simmer & steam.
If you haven't already, you can always find these graphs in our Welcome Booklet – which can help familiarize you with Multo!
