Manual Mode Guide - How to use cooking functions
In Cooking Modes, you'll find that Multo has a few preset modes for Sauté, Steam, Weigh/Scale, Knead, Keep Warm, and Manual.
Manual mode allows you to control all 4 factors-- speed, time, temperature, and blade rotation-- unlocking many more cooking functions (such as but not included to chop, whisk, grind, grate, mix, slow cook, sous-vide, boil, emulsify, stir and more). (Please see this article to see how we distinguish between Cooking Modes and Cooking Functions.)
Below is a quick reference, sorted by ingredients (and how much of it) that we would recommend for the functions chop, purée, sauté, simmer & steam.
If you haven't already, you can always find these graphs in our Welcome Booklet (which we encourage all Pals to give a quick read to familiarize themselves with Multo!)
